All of our clients receive a Signature Deep Cleaning as their first cleaning. Once we complete it, we will provide a professional opinion on frequency needed for maintenance cleanings to maintain the deep cleaning standard. Once we agree, then we provide specific dates based on that interval. This is a guaranteed cleaning date and exclusive to the client forever.

The initial Deep Cleaning comes with a “worry free” guarantee, which means we only ask for a 25% deposit to hold the cleaning date. Once we complete the cleaning, then the balance is due. Once you experience the cleaning and love it, then we will discuss frequency and maintenance cleanings with a simple client agreement that outlines our on-going cleaning relationship. This agreement guarantees your cleaning dates and pricing with us.
