Our online estimate is based on your location, overall square footage of the home, frequency of cleaning, and the condition of the home.
Once we complete our walkthrough with you, then we can give a more accurate price of your first cleaning and on-going maintenance cleaning.

Our biggest priority is to develop trust and a successful relationship with you as a client. We have very strict cleaning standards and always make sure that your cleaning team will be the same every time. You need to feel totally comfortable with who is in your home and 90% of our clients are not home while we work.

Your schedule is guaranteed once we complete your first cleaning. We only secure the first cleaning with a 25% non-refundable deposit to guarantee the appointment. After the first cleaning you will receive our maintenance cleaning agreement for signature and we will book your on-going dates for cleaning exclusive only to you.

We work primarily with 2 cleaners on each and every visit and will sometimes bring 3. However, we don’t bring large crews of cleaners so it doesn't disrupt our clients if they work from home or are still in the home while we clean.
